I am currently my second year of Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I have a professional history working with marginalised and vulnerable children and young people. I am compassionate, driven and organised.
Employment History
March 24-current /Curation and organisational lead of Nasty Gallery. (www.nastygallery.co.uk). Facilitation of workshops & talks to promote inclusive conversation. Promoting Women Artist and ending violence towards women and girls.

June 2023 / Lead Artist with Freedom2 in conjunction with Ricebox Studios. Introducing AR with the lens of activism and online and offline identities. Utilising creativity in both online and community spaces.

March 2022 /Curating and organising the NASTY WOMEN REVIVE, charitable art fundraiser for the British Red Cross & EVAW (Ending Violence Against Women UK). Press release and social media coordination. Communication with gallery, artists, and organisers. Managing international admin and artwork for 30 artists from the U.K & Europe.

May 2017-July 2019: The Complete Works, an educational charity providing alternative education for young people excluded from school. Providing support for education, confidence, functional and independence skills. Teaching on a P2P basis, and groups of students with SEN, behavioural and additional learning needs.

Dec 2015–current: Bow Arts Studio general caretaker of 28 studios in 3 story building
2012–2015:Second Counter Build Housing Assoc. Treasurer/Secretary - managing renovations and finances of 13 flats
2012–2015: Stomababy.co, designed, created, and maintained a website for parents and carers of children with stomas, incl. congenital conditions and digestive disorders.
2014: Created cover work, illustrations for published novel, Land of the Morning Calm, about the struggles of P.O. W’s during the Korean War
2012–2014: Copy editor and web designer for new website, from its infancy to over a million hits a month. Built and designed website. Created branding, video and images for site

2004–2009: Lynk Reach, an innovative charity that forged partnerships in the education, arts, community, and health sectors with the aim of raising achievement, particularly of minority communities. Roles and responsibilities included deputy manager, film director, producer and administrator. Key achievements included:

Examples of projects include.
London Teenage Poetry SLAM 2005/2006/2007/2009 – annual project, culminating in a spoken word poetry SLAM, facilitating poets working with young people from nine East and Southeast London Secondary Schools to promote literacy and giving young people a voice.
Auschwitz – directed and produced a documentary with Yad Vashem involving a selected group of young people from East London estates visiting the camps. Camera / Editor / DVD Creation
Raising Boys Achievement –Working with professional poets and seven year old boys from 3 different East London primary schools over 3 days to create poems, many about their experiences fleeing war torn countries, to promote literacy & confidence with young boys.
